Paul O’Connor is a human factors psychologist and Personal Professor in the School of Medicine at the University of Galway, Ireland. He is the Research Director of the Irish Centre for Applied Patient Safety and Simulation, and Diploma and Masters in Healthcare Simulation and Patient Safety. His research, and teaching, are concerned with improving human performance and safety in high-risk work environments.
The Journal of Healthcare Simulation - Advances in Theory & Practice (IJoHS) is a single-blind peer-reviewed open access journal.
