Kerry Knickle, LLM (ADR) is the Executive Director and founding partner of Communication Matters: INESRA (Inquiry, Negotiation, Empathy, Simulation, Reflection in Action). She has over thirty years’ experience as academic educator, facilitator and communication and conflict specialist in the area of simulation methodology, curriculum design and video production.
Formerly Director of the Simulated Participant (SP) Program at the Michener Institute of Education at UHN, Academic Educator with the Standardized Patient Program Faculty of Medicine, University of Toronto and currently a Stepping Stones Faculty member with Centre for Faculty Development and member of the Wilson Centre for Research in Education at the University of Toronto. Kerry holds a Master of Laws degree, with a specialty in Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) from Osgoode Hall Law School.
